Terms and Conditions

Effective from 1 February 2022.
These employer terms (the “Terms”) set out the information applicable to employers (the “Employer”) who wish to use the Site.


(a) By using the Site, you confirm that you accept these Employer Terms and that you agree to comply with them.
(b) If you do not agree to these Employer Terms, you must not use the Site.
(c) We recommend that you print a copy of these Employer Terms for future reference.


(a) This Acceptable Use Policy refers to the following additional terms, which also apply to your use of the Site:
(b) Our Confidential Policy which sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to Us. By using the Site, you consent to such processing, and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
(c) Our Cookie Policy which sets out information about the cookies on the Site.


We amend these Terms from time to time. Please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply to you every time you use the Terms. We always update the effective date at the top of these Terms.


The Terms apply as follows:

(a) You can register an online account with us by providing your email address and password and then this Site will send you a verification email. Once the email is verified, you are ready to use your online dashboard.
(b) It is your responsibility to ensure the information you provide is accurate. Any changes to your organisation including address, email address and contact name must be updates immediately.
(c) Nursing Solutions Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Offices under the registration number Z595032X.
(d) Your contract with us is a rolling monthly contract, you do not need to commit to more than a month period after you register with us.
(e) Either party can delete the account. We will not deactivate your account without any reasons or prior notice.
(f) You must at any time ensure that you act according to these terms and conditions and ensure good conducts and not bring us into any dispute with any other site users.
(g) You must have sufficient employer’s public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance for the field that operate in.


(a) We provide a platform for Employers to place their adverts on the Site. You can purchase adverts online. We have different packages for the Employer to purchase. Once the payment is received, you will be able to place your adverts.
(b) Each advert will stay on this site for 8 weeks and expires automatically after 8 weeks.
(c) The Site also provides a search candidate facility; this facility is free of charge for the Employers at the moment. However, we review our services regularly, so this may change. We will notify our existing customers should this facility becomes chargeable.
(d) Our recruiter may contact you to introduce our in-house recruitment service. We will provide all our terms and conditions of business to you should you wish to discuss this with the recruiter.
(f) You do not have to use our in-house recruitment service; this is completely at your discretion.
(e) We reserve the right to amend the specifications of services that we offer to the users. Please ensure you check the terms and conditions at the time that you use this site. We endeavour to notify the users prior to any changes.


(a) We charge a fee for adverting on this site. You can find the fees for different packages on this Site. We reserve the right to change the charges, you will see the new charges at the time of purchasing the advertising packages.
(b) There are different options to pay for your adverts. We use Apple Pay, PayPal, Strip for all major debit and credit Cards. These payment methods are secure, and your payment information is kept securely by these major payment providers.
(c) We do not charge a fee by using these payment methods, but you may be charged for using the payment facility by these providers.
(d) If you have any queries in regard to your payment for the adverts placed on this site, you can contact us at accounts@nursingsolutions.co.uk.


(a) After your registration is complete, your contract with us will start immediately. You will be able to use your dashboard on this to advert your vacancies, search candidates and monitor the progress of your recruitment campaign on this site.
(b) Your adverts will be in the public domain; anyone use this site can fine your adverts if the correct search criteria are used.
(c) By using this site to advertise your vacancies does not mean your vacancies will be filled. This Site provide a platform for the Employer to advertise their vacancies only.
(d) We may, from time to time, update this site to improve our services to you. You will see the new changes when you sign into your account.
(e) We will not be responsible for any costs or losses you sustain or incur arising directly or indirectly from our failure or delay in preforming the services.
(f) If we found any data breach of the candidates’ data by you, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel, without refund, access to the candidate CV database and any associated services if We, in our sole discretion, suspect the misuse of data by a user and/or the user has breached any of the terms of their contract with us. In addition, any such activity may result in legal action being taken by us against the offending party.


It is your responsibility to ensure that:
(a) Your account information is up to date.
(b) you co-operate with Us in all matters relating to the services.
(c) you provide with information and materials that we may reasonably require in order to supply the services, and ensure that such information is complete and accurate in all material respects; and
(d) you comply with all applicable laws.
(e) Your advertisement is fully compliant with the Equality Act 2010
(f) Vacancies advertised on this site must be for genuine employment vacancies only. Employers are prohibited from placing advertisements for other products or services. For example, the advertisement for business owners, affiliate schemes, pyramid selling so called business opportunities.
(g) You are fully responsible for the performance of your adverts.
(h) you must not breach of a user’s contract or breach of any legal policy or regulations, we take these matters seriously. We reserve the right to limit and restrict your daily usage to a number.


(a) We will not be responsible or liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of our obligations under the contract that is caused by any act or event that beyond our reasonable control.
(b) If any event outside our control takes place that affects the performance of our services, we will contact you as soon as we are aware of the event.
(c) If this site is down due to the errors of the hosting company, we will notify you as soon as we are aware of this is happening. We will offer you a free advert if you email the advert to us.


These Employer Terms, their subject matter and its formation are governed by English law. All parties agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
