Nursing Solutions Ltd is recruiting an experienced Care Coordinator. The suitable candidates must have 3 years’ experience working in Health and Social Care. You will be responsible for carrying out service user’s care assessment and planning. You will be also required to perform regular care reviews and update the plan of care.

What Nursing Solutions need from you as an agency care assistant:

  • NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Experience in Health and Social Care
  • Experience in care assessment and care planning
  • Provide hands on care to our service users
  • Able to work some evenings and weekends
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Have your own transport
  • Have a good standard of English language and can communicate effectively
  • Two written professional references
  • Commitment and good standards of care
